Queens or more worrying?

Hi Everyone, caught a lot of these things hanging around, pretty sure they are normal wasp queens but wanted to check, many thanks.

Look like European hornets, but I've only seen them once or twice, sure someone with better taxonomic skills can confirm.

Maybe if your a southerner but for those of us in the real north of the uk our climate seams to be keeping them and afb at bay.

No I meant every beekeeper in the U.K. should be able to recognise the Asian hornet. I’m In Wales

same can be said for the whole of the UK, we don't have velutina anywhere but it makes sense to know what the buggers look like.
As for AFB - what makes you think there's none up your way?
