introduced a new queen from a sealed cell, maybe a month old now maybe a bit more and she has laid five frames of brood when I went in last week they was balling her just gone back in and they’ve just killed her. Seen a balling again Any ideas what’s wrong Fresh eggs from today I think

They may have superceded her although there's a chances inspecting upset them enough to trigger it.

If there was BIAS, recheck in a week for queen cells, reduce to one maybe two good open ones if present and then leave alone for a few weeks before you recheck them.
