QE - a failure

For quite a long time I've had this sneaky feeling that 'those at the top' don't really understand what they're doing, but instead blind us 'lesser mortals' with streams of unintelligible jargon. But - not really understanding what they've been talking about - how could I possibly comment ?

QE should have involved £50b of bond purchases, not the £375b which has taken place.

So who will you vote for at the next election ?
