Have you seen how much AS brings honey in full flow? I have not.

I devided balance hive into swarm part and brood part.
Swarm part got 3 medium boxes foundations, one box half filled honey frames and 5 frames nectar filled langstroth combs. They had combs where to put nectar meanwhile they draw foundations.

= 1 langstroth box + 3 mediums.

Clipped queen was gone a week before.

After making a swarm I gove a new laying queen to swarm part to accelerate comb building. Then I let it be from 8:00 evening to next 8:00 evening and I took zero point to balance. At least foragers had moved to foundation hive in one day.

Now 2 beautifull days are behind and I cannot believe my eys!

yesterday +6,5 kg
today .....+7,0 kg

Before AS 3-6 kg. In upper table there are clowdy and rainy days

In first 24 hours the hive had drawn super foundations to halfway.
To draw all those foundations it takes about 15 kg honey. They get 2 kilos wax from it.
Even if queen has layed now 3 days, there is no larvae to be feeded in the hive.

What I saw in the hive entrance a week ago. Bees hanged there and propably part of gang waited for swarming. Now, no beard or no hangers we on entrance.
