The Government is to spend two million to find out how happy we are.

I bet not half as happy as the people getting the 2 million to put the figures together.

From April, the Office for National Statistics will ask people to rate their own well-being with the first official happiness index due in 2012.

I have never been happier, lovely wife, fantastic grand children, business is growing 10% month on month for the last 3 years and I have bees.

i thought we had to cut back, so we spend £2 million on a survey and then £3 billion on trains carriages for a PRIVATE trains companies. You can tell its not their money they are blowing?!
