It looks from the diagram as though there might be a nice little space between the shed and the greenhouse. Put up a couple of poles to support 6' shading to close the gaps, and have them facing the g/h so you can watch them spiral in for landing, then they are visible but above head height.
 
I assume you have permission to keep bees on the plot, from whoever you rent it off. Have you got the other plot holders on side? I keep bees on my allotment, and they are doing well. It was an uphill struggle to get permission from council, and they are sited well away from neighbouring plots.

I suggest you have an alternative site in mind, in case you should run into problems on the allotment with your bees in future.

that would be a gd spot but a door to chicken shed opens into that area.
2 plots about to be reasigned and the one behind the hedge is having a year off due to ill health
alotment comitee love the idea secratry has gor funding fot 3 to do a course then has applyed for some funding for equipment and bees. could of paid for my course but too imopacent. hopefully apairy site too so may be able to move but these things take time and i want bees this year!
