i have seen someone whitling the top bar to fit in the side but how much is reasonable i have a pack here that are 15,89mm to go in a 12.30mm hole i whitled one and tried it in a old side frame also all my old top frames fit the new side frame so it is the top that is wrong
i dont know if this is how the come or faulty as i have seen assembly videos and the just fit snug i can see there is the potential to split the side frames if your after a smug fit and shaving them down your self and i didnt want to do them on a saw bench as if i touch the side of the notch it will make it baggy
