Why mess around ?
When it warms up a bit stick a frame of brood in the 14x12 box and shake the bees in. Give them a heavy feed of 1:1 and leave them to it. Change the frame for a 14x12 frame when the box is drawn.
You could do a bailey and save the brood if you like. Pissing about with the wrong sized frames for the box will end in a sticky mess of brace comb and angry bees.

two or three bees with dwv is what it is. For future keep up with varroa treatment and don't get caught out, treat with a varroa treatment suitable for the temperature if you are worried about them.
