I understood fully what you wrote in your first post as did everybody else, and nobody has mentioned anything about you feeding your bees......it was a general comment that anybody feeding thier bees in May might well be an idiot of some type...
Personally I'd be embarassed to ask that question...

I am no expert but i would say its impossible to put a figure on

You dont need to be an expert, just the ability to realise it was a trick question.

Trick question ? Righto.:icon_204-2:

Not the attitude to adopt if you want answers..

I never put anyone on ignore.

but that's not to say I don't get severely tempted sometimes...

Feeding is the most easiest thing in beekeeping. Beeks feed bees just for pleasure.

Second is shaking. If you do not know, what to do, shake them or feed them. Or split them.

Do you actually know anything about bees?
"When you consider how little they eat over winter"?
"If someone elses bees had stores, why wouldnt yours?"
Youre having a laugh mate.

??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Seems to me that's what happens in too many threads on this forum (feeding and shaking the trolls!)
