a few more than last year but still not enough
tonights episode had the last 5mins about the fake honey found in worthing last year.
 
I sometimes wonder why some local markets sell honey without TS noticing the improper (regulation) labelling too.
 
Its mostly because the people running the markets dont know all the regs and cant be expected to due to how many there are. The market managers have to rely on the honesty and knowledge of the Producers/sellers.

Trading standards do go round them but as they are mostly weekends they dont do them often due to costs to councils of weekend staff wages.
 
unless they have overfed with tate and lyle.
