Excellent service from Abelo

I finally bought an extractor, 12 frame radial with 4 screen tangential capability.

On getting it home I tried it as you do and it ran silently. When I loaded it up there was a distinct clicking sound so I got in touch with Abelo and an exchange of videos and emails commenced. After the final video showing a noticeable wobble on the drive shaft I was told a replacement motor was on it's way. Some 10 days after reporting the issue I had on my doorstep the motor. OLd one off and new on in ten minutes and again silence. I extracted yesterday and just it was perfect.

Praise is due when service is spot on and it has been.

i find Abelo good.....i still have two brood boxes to drill holes in to allow water seepage and am slightly anxious the hole creating a discontinuity in the surface may be a harbour for wax moth....but always found them responsive
