Drone layer

I’ve got to hives, one a drone layer and another laying workers ( eggs all over and in supers )
I’ve taken the queen out of the drone layer hive, can I combine these 2, then in a few weeks combine with a queen right nuc I have.

Then unite each hive to another putting the LW colony with the stronger

How would the best way to unite 3 hives into one, LW onto QR with paper, then DL on to LW with paper, resulting with 3 brood boxes, then take them down to DB
