Crystal seeding.

Hi, probably a really daft question.......when you seed a clear (large crystal) honey with a fine crystal (osr) honey to produce fine crystals on granulation what will the final appearance be? Like OSR or still clear?

I would guess that it will produce soft set honey.

Probably depends on the quantities of each honey used.

It's not just about the size of crystal but how fast a honey crystallises.

I personally have only mixed a small amount of clear honey with a large amount of OSR based honey.
