Looks like OSR to me.

That is oilseed rape, if it's only flowering now it will be spring sown oilseed rape which is obviously not very common compared to 'normal' August sown rape.

Yes very unusual one of my apiarys is only 500 metres away , Damn it I hate the stuff it's a nuisance
