I shall be there with my ridiculously meagre crop.
Nice day out and a couple of decent pubs co-owned by three small breweries. Oh and a really good butchers selling wonderful pies

Thanks to everybody who supported yesterday's Conwy Honey Fair. I counted 26 honey sellers, including two with observation hives. Conwy was packed with visitors all day, and we sold loads of honey. Nice quiet day today.

Thank you Peter for organising it. Apart from a little rain it was a perfect day. It was nice to catch up with some old friends make some new ones and talk to a couple of beekeepers from the Netherlands and Canada. The tourists were a delight as always. I just wish I'd made more fudge .

I think there were three with bees. Wally had some and I think there were two lots down the hill.
It was a lovely day out for us.

Our collection from stallholders and visitors in aid of Bees for Development raised £700. They will be pleased. Next year's Conwy Honey Fair is on Wed 13th September, my 28th year as organizer and 40th year with the bees.
