I've just been on the phone to a mate that has just bought a 1 acre field on Exmoor, when he viewed the field he saw some hives on the land, he discussed them with the vendors agent and told them he was more than happy for them to stay where they were.
around the end of july he went up there to find that the hives were gone and is disapointed that posibly the message didn't get through from the agent to the beek that they could stay.
do you think you know who may have owned these hives or are they yours?
do you want an out apiary site on exmoor? (sorry I cant be more specific about the location)

I have sent him the link to SBKA Exmoor division web page and he may well be contacting them in due course.
