Buying hives

Hi
I have been offered first chance of buying 30 hives plus supers off a retiring beekeeper . His bees are of well known good genetics .. now the boxes roofs ect are all different ages some 20 year old some 4 years old ..
His combs are in good condition ..
Now my dilemma is what kind of money does hives go for with bees .
How much per hive are they worth ?

Nucs go for around 80-100 round here
I've seen retail deals of new pine single brood and super timber hives with bees for 400.
150 per hive for the whole lot wouldn't be unreasonable for either of you.
