I bought what I thought was a bee tree. It was actually an Aralia spinosa ( devil’s walking stick)
It has similar flowers though and berries that are black. The leaves turn bright orange in autumn.

Had that in a garden. The Thorns are wicked and it spreads by runners so be careful!
 
Pretty much everything here is still green too. Elder is dying back and sycamore is perhaps starting to turn, but that's about it.

Not lots of colour currently, but the Virginia Creeper is doing well.
