Api Life Var and feeding

Hi, looking for some advice on whether I can treat with Api Life Var and feed the bees with sugar syrup at the same time? Thank you ...

Ah, thank you - I can see where it says that, which suggests 'No'.

But then I can see a few lines below that it states:
"Do not place the strips in the near of the sugar syrup feeder because it can decrease the appetite of the bees"
Not sure what that means?

I guess it means that if you have a frame feeder in place don't put the wafers near it
I've used Apilife Var twice and on both occasions the bees threw the stuff out in one day!
Beware it melts poly
