Any recommendations for a two people hive mover. Have seen the main suppliers offerings at various prices, but wondering how the quality compares?

I use a "carp barrow" available from fishing tackle suppliers/ebay. You can then move them all by yourself.

I made a bee barrow, and I've pushed and carried at least six supers, at 90kg!

This is my favourite two person lift...
quite simple to make, even more simple if you use rectangular overlapping bars glued and screwed to the surface of the lifting bars rather than inserted rods for the cross members.
Put the cross bars closest to the hive over, and the ones away from the hive under (so you can lift with them.)
The one I've seen had the swivel bolts much closer together near the centre, that made it easy to fold for transport.

What I use is two lengths of rope. Long enough to go under hive and provide a loop each side. Two poles; one through each loop each side. Works a treat.
