There's always some daft trumpet out there willing to spend loads of money at every excuse. Maybe it's all them new flo hive owners who have just realised there's more to keeping bees than just turning a tap - I see the Edinburgh one has only three spaces left.

They claim the instructors are 'world class' teachers I wonder if they know anything about bees though.
They list safety practices, identifying the queen and how to feed them - bugger all much else!

I have emailed them to see who the tutors are. It's the least i should know if I am going to join the course.
I'm a litle concerned that one of the lessons is titled....Understand how to feed your bees and keep them alive

They won't tell you who they are or if they have any as they have already been asked. The live chat on the website can be fun though.
 
Or you could instead attend the sewing bee class and spend a day learning to make a vintage-style cushion for £1495! Figures apart, thinking "How can any of this be 'real'?" I saw that there's a BBC interview online with the founders, and eg an FT article too.
 
I see that they are intending to hold 91 courses all over the UK and Ireland tomorrow the 5/2/16!!

The tutors must be made up from all you guys on this forum to cover them so I hope you are all getting a good cut of the fee money!!!!!


We can only be grateful that they are not holding any courses in Finland:laughing-smiley-004
