UPDATE Found old queen under hive this afternoon with very large cluster of bees and shook them off in to brood chamber then re found frame with queen on and put that frame and 3 others in new hive put new hive where original hive was put rapid feeder on top with 1:1 as it has undrawn brood...

I could not find the marked queen there were many queen cells but have got rid of all but the best looking one..
