    Greetings, the hungry snake came back this afternoon, we now have an empty swallows nest and two very confused swallows, On the plus side at 6.15 yesterday morning our bees were covering the false pepper tree next door, happy to see that I am not the only one to get up early for work.

    greetings from sunny Spain, The adult swallows nesting in our terrace were making a bit of a din this afternoon and when I went to investigate there was a snake in the nest helping itself to one of the chicks, I managed to get the snake down with a barbeque fork and released it in the garden...
