What are these?

Old comb in a swarm trap. The trap, and this comb, had already caught one swarm earlier, so after hiving the swarm, put the old comb back in the trap and reset it. Lots of activity, but no swarm. So after a few weeks, took it down to check. For some reason, there was lots - masses - of pollen in the old comb, but also clusters of tiny white eggs in an area at the top of the old comb.
Two questions:
1. Anyone know what these eggs are?
2. Why would bees bring so much pollen into my swarm trap, but nothing else?

My camera wouldn't focus that small, but they are definitely clusters of small white eggs - none hatched (yet!).

White stuff is crystallised honey, other stuff is bee bread that has been eaten by pollen mites.

Fairly certain the white stuff is remnants of crystallised honey, & the pollen looks like old stuff that the pollen mites have sorted out..

White bits are chrystalised honey remnants , likely a high glucose based one. Might be OSR /Bassica family or old ivy stores.

White are big dry sugar crystals not reptile eggs.
Yellow are poop of storage beetle larvae or beetle.
