what are these brown blobs ?

So I have a few cells of brown blobs of a waxy substance in my supers (these are wet supers now coated in Dipel ready to overwinter in a stack in the garage)

Any idea what they are ...

Looks like pollen to me, possibly made wet with honey when being extracted?
