wasps nesting in my hive

Went down to check on my hives yesterday and one of them has been completely destroyed by wasps. It was a weak hive anyway but still would of made it through the winter.

So my question is do i take out all the frames and burn them?

Not if they are still sound.

And also remove the wasp nest, is it a very big one?

The wasps will go over winter if they haven't already. Just Hoover the nest out which will leave the frames intact. Rescue what you can

Do you have a actual Wasp nest inside your hive (paper ball structure) that is also full of frames, or are you presuming a wasp nest near by has robbed your colony to death from else where.
