HERE is a pic of my first jar from this year's crop.

Yes, it's full of bubbles and has only been coarsely strained, but it's only the drips off the wax and cappings from yesterday's extraction.

Oh, what does it taste like? It's lovely.

Lovely. There have been times these past couple weeks when I doubted we would get any this year, but a couple weeks sunshine can make all difference. Enjoy!

That looks pretty good to me I have supers filling up now and looking at that I am tempted to dust off the extractor
