The Big Bang Theory

I have watched all the series of The Big Bang Theory and enjoyed them immensely but this latest and last series is bad, dire even. Half-assed, confrontational, poorly edited and generally just not funny. It might have been kinder, both to the characters and us the viewers, in the finale of the last series to have them all killed in plane crash or something equally unfunny. Perhaps it's just me but I find American comedy series good and funny...until they are not, then they get very bad, very quickly.

As the series progressed, there has been less science-related humour and more character/situation-related humour. There has been nothing to distinguish it from any other sit-com recently.
