Do swarms tend to happen at a certain time of day?

In my hives 10 - 16 a'clock. So not certain time

Mostly they come out before midday.

If swarm stops over night, it continues its travel quite early.
 
Two here yesterday early afternoon. When it is most hot and humid.

They seem to know when :

a: You are least expecting it.
b: You're not looking in their direction.
c: You are least prepared for it.
d: You have just got dressed and ready to go somewhere vital with someone who does not appreciate your beekeeping antics.

And go ... Any time between dawn and dusk.

The voice of desperation speaking ...
