I got around 20 supers with frames fully drawn out
Now I have 40 extra supers to be drawn out this season
Should I alternate drawm frames with foundation every other frame with 20 of the new supers?
What's the best method or should I just add full supers of foundation as my second supers

I'm doing the alternating frame this year; did it last year and the foundation seemed to get drew out faster.

In your case Id try three four frames of drew frames alternated in the centre of a brood box in which case you'd have drew frames in all 60 supers for them all to get started.

Yes but keep an eye on them if there's a massive flow on as they will sometimes just work on the existing drawn comb leaving half your frames very thin

Tried that last year as they started drawing out full frames, one hive drew them out nice and evenly, the other awkward colony made a mess and did wavy comb, that made uncapping a real pain, ended up using a heat gun.

I hate alternating them. I work on the theory that they will draw them out if they need them.
