5 weeks ago I gave a queenless hive a frame of eggs. 5 weeks I waited patiently. I took a peek today and was initially disappointed at the number of bees in front of me. Then I remembered that I was looking at the super. Doh! Took that off and that was better. Looked at one frame from near the middle and yes! Larvae! Clever little bees.
