Quick question 2

AS.. OK
moved old bbs to new stance with one uncapped (luvverly fat grub!) to new stance, this morning...

had QE atop new bb on bottom..... looked but could not see queen... marked or otherwise.
guess I need to leave for a week and inspect or eggs,
put some stores and some brood in for good measure.

I have done this so many times before ... but it is always such a worry!!!

What if there is no queen??? (usually its my inability and sight problems that come with old age)

If there is no queen I would either introduce a qcell from the AS broodbox if there are any spare. Or there is always the option to add a frame with some eggs.
