I'm sure this has been asked before, but what to members do with partially filled supers after the Ivy flow? Assuming they do not fill these to store them would be to risk mould, so do I put them back later and if so where and when roughly. Your comments as always.

I would decap, put under the brood box, no QE and allow them to take up. I would also have small amount of syrup feed on, so that they would incorporate it into the ivy and so make less granulated stores for winter.

Personally I don't decap when putting part filled supers under the brood as, in my experience, they have always taken up the stores (capped/ uncapped) as and when required for winter usage.

If you are going to uncap and place super below, do so in the evening. Having the newly uncapped honey now near the entrance and OMF (if you run on OMF) plus likelihood of a honey spill on the OMF, will spark a feeding frenzy by wasps and possibly other bees in the area.

Let them at least clean up any spillage and ready themselves for "visitors" the next morning.

That makes sense... not worthy.
I was just lucky.. the uncapped honey stayed in the frame. But have put all under already. Each colony will have super removed in 2 weeks, those supers to be frozen then stored, and feed gently introduced to increase stores but allow new winter brood.
And still no varroa dropping ..Apiguard 5th day...beginning to think just not working... surely they cannot be that varroa free??
