Keep feeding?

Hi
Very new to keeping bees, witch my 1st hive populated just over a week ago.
Started out with a sugar feeding solution and have already refilled it once already. Got through about halfway through 1st full hive check but weather caused early stop. But feeder was empty again. Do I keep feeding as it is getting late in the season?

Think we need a bit more information.
Is it a full colony or is it a nuc, or is it a nuc recently put into a full hive, if it's the latter, are all frames drawn, or is it partly foundation?
Whatever case, how many frames of brood?

Apols .. details are.. 5 frame nuc recently put into a full hive, not all frames are drawn but they have moved on from the original 5. A good 4 frames of brood, though I did not get through the full inspection the queen was spotted.

keep feeding 1:1 until the frames are drawn then hangfire a bit to get them to produce as much brood as possible for the winter.
