Honey texture

Took off some supers and extracted .....
One super the honey was almost jelly like very strange ? but tasted great 17.5 wc ...
The other 2 supers honey was very runny and light a kind of greeny brown colour 18.5 wc

And also of field beans.......If it don't taste of mint it's not lime.
