So happens I bought a John Martyn CD last week ..... saw him play in Galway around 25 years ago.

I just bought a ' best of ' for the songs I remember .. 'Sweet little mystery ' and 'May you never'.

No, Solid Air is excellent and an excellent place to start. Then London Conversations and The Tumbler then Bless the Weather but some later ones get a bit more instrospective except around the time he was working with Phil Collins.
