If you make your own fondant can you make it in advance and freeze it and use it when you need it?

They charged me £15 two years ago so asked my local bakers shop and he just added it to his order and the cost was £13 last year.

yes up and down like roller coaster.
yet how much have you got to get to get under £8 a box.
Ok there are differences between branches but thats a lot of difference.

IF you still have a local bakery talk to them first, they could supply fondant at a decent price and no postage plus next time they know you as a beek and MAY be friendlier, price wise.

Also they may have it on the shelf in the store, no waiting, and you keep the money local.

Is it the exact same stuff bakers use?
