Extra brood box or super

I've got a colony with a full brood box of bees and 2 supers of bees should I give them another Bb or super for space .8 frames brood currently and 2nd super nearly full

Definitely another super. A brood box underneath if you want.

If you run your brood boxes with 12 frames, then you could perhaps wait a little while. However with that many bees, I would add a super now in any case.

(Note it's fair to say that my bees in my apiary in the East of England will behave differently to yours; it's difficult to always give a 100% correct answer).

Add both, super above, brood below. If you are worried about too much space, dummy the brood box while they are getting established in it.
