Have lost my colony, late treatment for varoa.
What can I salvage? and how do I dispose of other?
Brood box with capped and uncapped honey, super ditto. Super went on as winter feed after apivar treatment finished.

Thanks for your reply, helps clarify matters. No signs of FB, bees were flying 16th Dec. minimal varroa count. Early Jan,high count,no signs of life. Was late treating for Varroa, lulled by late warm spell and bees still packing in stores.but honey uncapped.smallish quantity of brood being laid.
Question really is if I burn old brood frames to be ultra safe, how do I dispose of honey without it entering feed chain. Bumbles are flying .
Super frames have about 20 dead bees on,heads in comb. Should be safe to uncap, extract and use?

The honey could go down the sink, that way it won't enter the food chain. Use the honey in your other frames for your own consumption and reuse the frames that can be reused as they are a valuable resource.
