Combining swarm / cast in queen fast hive

I have just taken a small swarm /cast that I would like to combine with a weak hive, assuming there is a queen in the swarm can I combine with a queen extruder and newspaper between or should I wait and try to find the queen first?

Putting the queen through an extruder won't do her much good.
If it is a cast swarm (size isn't always a reliable indicator) you are better off leaving her to mate and start laying before uniting - but you must find and despatch the unwanted queen first (before uniting that is)

I was afraid that would be the case it would of been nice to isolate the second queen in the top box
