had a swarm come into 1 of my boxes, i know of the location where they have come from (original location was a wall cavity which i've now opened up)

the cast i have is queenless however the original place where they came from still has around 200 bees there with 3 sealed queen cells.

can i take these cells and place in my hive.. will the bees wear that ..?

Should be no problem! Or try opening one and see how developed the queen is, if she is fully developed slip her in a queen cage ( old style hair curler is what I use) and put her in the hive for a while before release! It works for me!

You would hope they would be particularly appreciative!!!

Carry on, but I doubt they are actually queenless. The only likely scenarios are accept, kill or swarm.
