those good old days of left handed screwdrivers and striped paint, I had an apprentice a few years ago and asked him to grease some nipples on a tractor ..............no he did grease them perfectly with little blobs of grease on top of the nipples, to say he didn't last long, the latest trick is making a birthday cake for the apprentices but forgetting to cook it usually ends up on his head and by the end of the day the mixture is on everyone including me everything is taken in good fun and i think it is part of team building
