Brood in super

Long story short
My queen ended up above the q excluder but now she has laid in super frames 2 of them .she is back in brood box now.
Will this lead to problems?

No. Nurse bees can move up through excluder care for brood, once emerged be back to normal.

It's worker brood yes? Not drone? As they may have more trouble getting through
