Brood box

First inspection 10 days ago had brood and bees on 7/8 ish frames so put on a super of just foundation. The bloke I got them from ran brood and a half so I assumed the queen would be laying up there to but looked yesterday and 4 frames have been drawn out 3 have capped honey both sides! Full inspection of brood frames lots of brood and drones no swarms cells I took 2 frames of stores out of the brood box last inspection which have also been drawn but fill with brood. Am I right in thinking they are happy in the 1 box or should I put a box under the brood nest?

Ye thought so. I assumed that the box I put on would be used for brood not honey. I'll stick one under the brood box tomorrow cheers
