Just watched this program on channel 4 od Britain's Trillion Pound Horror Story dont know if anyone watched it but its worth a look quite an eye opener.
It paints a depressing picture for many years to come.

Yes i saw it and it's very worrying. Sounds like the country has had it and makes me feel like stocking up on tinned food. Im scared at the amount of unemployed and extra high taxes to pay this back in my kids life span!.

Durkin's record on veracity is around nil on previous "documentaries", so I gave it a wide berth - he MAY have been telling the truth, but it would be a first for him!

I saw this and it made perfect and seriously worrying sense.

I think it should be good compulsory watching for all politicians and senior public sector workers.

As an example my council hand delivered a questionnaire to see how well they are doing/ When I did not send it back they hand delivered a second one.

How many people and how much money is spent on this and the analysis of the data and the management reports? For what – so they can prove they are doing a good job (Not).
