    Don't be complacent

    I've kept Bees for a long time now, and they never cease to surprise me, just when my mind is on other things, like supers enough stores etc etc etc i failed to thoroughly check my Hives and the little B******s in one Hive swarmed yesterday ....... Oh what a fantastic hobby this is.:)

    Apart from the last couple of weeks it has rained forever! Consequently most Birds have suffered from a dearth of Insects, I have noticed recently a Great Tit taking a close Interest in my hives,taking a much closer Interest myself,the little ######## is actually flying onto the hive landing...

    Life doesn't get better than this

    Wife out shopping i am sitting in the garden in the shade building supers the sweet smell of cedar and beeswax,having a roll-up and a cup of tea,my girls busy on the flowers,popping in for a drink out of the fish pond. Summertime and the living is easy..............:sifone:
