    i have my hat with veil to hand and if the bees are looking aggressive it gets put on, i wear jumpers n trousers if the weather is cold, it may take 1 sting to the eye to be blind but it also takes 1 car when crossing the road to be killed yet a cross roads multiple times a day

    theres no over confidence with me, i only have a cast swarm that i am building up, they seem too busy to bother with what i am doing when they start to get snappy i close them up slowly and walk away, and i am a newbie

    i got stung on mi ankle on thursday poor girl got stuck between ankle and shoe and then panicked, i was on the allotment and noticed some vinegar in the kitchen area so dabbed a bit of that on (old wives tale i know) but after half hour the pain was gone

    sounds like you might have a swarm in there, watch the bees entering the hive to see if they are taking pollen in, open the hive up to check for a queen or see if theres any eggs or larvae in the comb
