I have several brood frames from last season that were partially robbed out .They were new frames and foundation and still contain some honey .The robbers were from my apiary .Can i use theese frames again this season .

On last inspection 6 days ago one of my DB hives seemed Q-,no eggs lava or brood, So i gave em a frame of capped brood and lava from my best hive .White Q and laying well. Today as expected i see they have made several Q Cells several capped. Im not sure if i should just let em get on with it...

Just thought id post an update. Shook and checked all the frames through a QX from the Drone laying hive today .No sighn of the Q. So having read on here that she could be small and gone through the QX. I will have another try tomorrow ,but if im not able to find her im not sure what to do next...

So discard the existing frames of drone brood and eggs. Then make up the new brood box with fresh drawn frames and worker brood from my other hive.Thank you.
