Our local bee club promotes raw honey, because the health benefits are there. Much of what you'll find at supermarkets will be greatly diminished and not have anywhere near the health benefits.

If you don't remove the queen cells they'll probably replace her with a new virgin queen. If you don't want this you'll need to remove the queen cells promptly.
