Have shaken out a hive with laying workers about 100mts away. Replaced hive on original site. Can I now unite hive with a strong colony using the paper method? Opinions

got a 80watt thermostatic tube heater and it is plenty for that size. made mine myself

have got a swarm on 7 frames in brood box which i have had for 10 days. Checked yesterday and could not find queen anywhere. eggs are present but more than one in a lot of cells. any advice.

yes sure it was. very large did not fit in poly nuc. will keep eye on it

can someone tell me how long it takes for a prime swarm queen to start laying again. In brood box with 3 drawn frames and some foundation

caught a swarm this morning in a poly nuc. all was ok but now they are all clustered over front of nuc. any ideas. thanks

not supercedure. bottom of frame. prolific layer. also queen still present

found 2 queen cells yesterday. carried out demeree A/S. any thoughts?
